Problems Accessing TR Servers

The data-center where TR is run from is currently experiencing an attack, forcing the company to restrict inbound and outbound traffic to the servers including several TR servers. Currently the servers that are being affected are: Guild, Solo, Arch, Archwar and Blitz. As far as we know, Beta, Lightning and the portal have returned to normal operation after experiencing some heavy delays over the last 30 minutes.

Should the connectivity issues continue for an extended period of time, the staff will consider doing a rollback on the affected servers. No game data has been lost.

We appologise for any inconvenience caused and we hope the problem is resolved as quickly as possible.

Since the accessibility of the five aforementioned game servers continues to be very different depending on where one is trying to log on from, we have decided to temporarily raise the max turns on the affected servers in order to limit the negative impact on those who are unfortunate enough not to be able to log on. However, only excess turns accumulated after this is implemented will be available.
  • Blitz max turns has been raised to 350, with excess turns produced after 19:05 being available.
  • Arch max turns has been raised to 280, with excess turns produced after 19:16 being available.
  • Solo max turns has been raised to 300, with excess turns produced after 19:20 being available.
Archwar and Guild servers are between sets and obviously require no intervention.

The max turns storage parameters will be reset to their standard values at some point during Monday, provided server accessibility returns to normal by then. This may or may not be announced in advance. Players are advised NOT to voluntarily keep more than the normal turn storage, at the risk of losing excess turns when the default value is restored.

Since the connectivity issues to our hosting center appear to be resolved, we will restore the standard max turns setting on all servers at 19:30 today. Any excess turns at that point in time will be lost.

The turn cap has been reset to normal.
