- Battle Chant reduces unit gold upkeep at high land (begins at 10k, maxes out at 20k) for red mages
- Thunder Blade effects halved (to 15%)
- Red Dragons now consider all elves their racial enemies
- Enlarge Animal changed:
- Rank increased to complex (from average)
- Research cost doubled (to 3 000)
- Upkeep cost increased by 100% (to 300 mana/turn)
- Cast cost increased by 50% (to 15 000 mana)
- Off colour attack point bonus reduced to 5% (from 23%)
- Opposite colour attack point bonus reduced to 2% (from 4%)
- New added effect: hit points for all own animals increased by 20% (on colour only)
- High Elf changed:
- Holy attack resistance reduced to 40% (from 70%)
- Phantasm spell resistance increased to 40% (from 0)
- Nether spell resistance increased to 50% (from 0)
- Griffon changed:
- Primary attack power increased by 15% (to 2750, from 2400)
- Secondary attack power increased by 15% (to 3450, from 3000)
- Dark Elf Magician holy attack resistance reduced to 25% (from 45%)
- Love and Peace hit points bonus decreased to 25% (from 30%)
