UBB style upgrade

As most will have undoubtedly noticed, the default phpBB style for the TR Universal Bulletin Board has been upgraded to a new version tonight. The goal, apart from design aspects, is to ensure the board runs with increased security and stability making use of the full range of features offered by modern phpBB versions.

All existing users have been moved to the new style, which is called TheReincarnation 2012. For those who for whatever reason wish to change back to the old default TheReincarnation, or indeed another of the handful of older available styles, the setting is found in the User Control Panel near the top of the page, in the Board preferences section.

We're aware the new style is not 100% visually integrated into some aspects of the portal as a whole, and there are sure to be things here and there that could do with some fixing. Rather than let perfect get in the way of good, we have decided nevertheless that this is a good time to go ahead and publish what should already be a fully functional style, in the hope that our esteemed users will help us list any bugs or other issues found so that we can get on with fixing them.
