Guild Server New Reset - June 10, 2009

Guild Server will restart at Wed Jun 10 00:00:00 2009.
Armageddon is scheduled for Sat Aug 15 16:00:00 2009.

Changes:

You can set a reserve fund that won't be used for preorders.
Lucifer favor boosts secondary AP too.
No siege penalty when attacking fliers
Skill point generation is based entirely on guilds
Removed 5% guild skill cap, and replaced it with diminishing returns
Scry now mimics an enchantment
Unit ability 'piercing' - Unit with the ability piercing strike is 10% less resisted when attacking.
Werebears: added piercing ability
Army size no longer affects who wins in battle, it is based purely on power lost. (Army size does have a small effect with power ratios greater than 2:1).
Gods have learned a new spell that is better than The Holy Light.
"Offer Alliance" link on arena for guild members that have an open alliance slot available.
Broken/missing image map links on various mail pages fixed.
