How to contact game administrators ?

Post by Sogrom » Mar 13th 2004 09:06

First: Note that developers (programmers) are not the game admins (policemen).
It is two different groups of people doing these different jobs. Game Admins do not fix bugs. Developers do not hand out FoG every day.

If you want to report a BUG to the developers - then you should post in the Bugs folder on this forum.
If you want to contact a game adminstrator - then don't use board threads nor board messages but use EMAIL
.
Admins seldom respond to board messages because they do not regularly read them.

Contact Game Admin
Email is the only sure way to contact a server administrator is by email. Each server has its own email adress.
You can find our email adresses under 'Contact' on our main page.
  • Try to give your email a subject that gives information:
e.g. 'Help!' is not clear - 'Can't start my mage' or 'I am punished unrightfully' is clear.
  • Always include your mage number.
  • Always send the email from the email-adress belonging to your mage.
  • If you don't do that - we are likely to ignore te emails.

No administrators nor developers nor anyone participating in this project will ever ask you the password to your account, simply because we don't need it.

Giving your account password to ANYONE is illegal.

If you really want to talk to admins/developers on Irc, talk only to people with Channel Operator status (@ sign).

Except Q.
