Database errors and market problems

This concerns App and Blitz server.

An analysis has shown a correlation between the database errors and the problems occuring with BM.

Current App reset is still buggy. Blitz reset should be bugfree. If there are any signs of a BM bug on blitz, please send me a detailed report (UBB message).
